Serendipitous Jo's Thirty-Third Frolic of the Year

Last Friday was the second Friday in the Stitch Maynia Olympics and the theme given was The Triathalon, or stitch three different projects.

No problem for me, I do two a day anyway and it just meant adding one more in.  Here are my three pieces:

In the morning I worked on Gathering Honey by Jannlynn:

In the afternoon I worked on Christmas Cubes by The Primitive Hare:

In the evening I worked on Ghostly Mandala by Ink Circles:

And on Sunday, I made another cube:

Two down, seven to go!

Serendipitous Jo's Thirtieth Frolic of the Year

My goodness, where is the year going?

Fourth Friday means Brooke's Book's Stitcher's Alphabet stitching.  This is always a tricky one because I don't want to show the finished piece until my Alphabet Club post on the first Saturday of the following month!

So here's a sneak peek of the little Mouse at the bottom of the block:

And also, my progress on Ink Circle's Ghostly Mandala which I stitch on each evening:

Yay! Time to start frolicking for 2016....

.... hello fellow frolickers, well, I am back from my overseas adventure (which you can start reading all about on my personal blog, Kitten Stitching, when I get around to posting - see sidebar) and so excited to be back in time for a Friday Frolic.

Last night I randomly chose "Troubled Waters" part of the Bad Neighbourhood series by Ink Circles as my FF piece. The last time I stitched on this was 11 December, 2013!  Oh, my goodness!

So, this is my before pic:

... and this is my progress after last night.

So getting there!

I hope that you all had fun frolicking, too.

hugs, Kaye
