Frolicking fun!

Hi everyone

What a fun blog!  For our first Frolicking Friday (and Kaye's second?!) I pulled out an old WIP that was my first Crazy January Challenge start in 2014.  Here's how it looked when I last photographed it...

I had stitched a little on it since then, but here is how it looks after a marathon stitching session last night!

Riverdrift House Family Sampler

I really love this design but I put it aside as it's on 14 count aida which is very stiff.  Looking at the photo above now though makes me realise how much I like it and want to finish it!

I know we're only supposed to frolic on Fridays but I would really like to continue with this one over the weekend!

I'm really looking forward to seeing what everyone else worked on.

Thanks Kaye for being a super SAL host.

  2. Hi Justine,
Just remember the rules are loose, if you want to keep frolicking over the weekend - go for it! Wonderful progress on a lovely piece - in just one night! Way to go, girl!

  4. Oh my, Justine, your needles must have been smoking after that night of stitching. Your piece looks great after all that progress. I also continued stitching on my FF piece until it was finished. It was so much fun that I couldn't put it back into the box :)
